The CZ 550 big game rifle is an improved Mauser 98-type action with solid head lugs, fixed ejector, claw extractor, single-set trigger, square bridge dovetailed receiver and classic-styled walnut stock. Calibres are: .22/250, .243, .270, .308 and .30/06. Ther's also a CZ 550 Varmint with laminated hardwood stock in .22/250 and .308.
