Ceska Zbrojovka or CZ has had a cult following in Australia where small game hunters fondly referred to it as the "Bruno". The legend which started with the Brno Model 1 in 1945 has evolved into rifles that are better than ever. All steel construction and classic style stocks of dense European walnut have always characterised these Czech rifles.The robust tubular receiver is grooved for tip-off scope mounts, has the barrel screwed into it and a bolt with dual opposed locking lugs, dual extractors and a projection on the bottom of the receiver which acts as the ejector.
